Tech Lead

You’ll lead a small squad building the core of the audit platform — from WhatsApp-native evidence capture at the farm gate to the automated checks that assemble a registry-ready file. This is a hands-on lead role: you design, you build, and you set the standard for everyone around you.

What you'll do

Own delivery of a major surface — the CRM, the carbon ledger, or the audit engine.
Design the services and data models that keep every tonne traceable end to end.
Set the bar on code quality, testing and review; keep the system observable and reliable.
Pair with and mentor engineers; grow the people around you.
Work directly with product and carbon-methodology leads, not through layers.

What we're looking for

6+ years shipping production software, with some experience leading.
Strong in a modern backend stack and a major cloud; comfortable across the stack.
A deep care for correctness, data integrity and provenance.
A clear communicator who writes things down.

Nice to have

Geospatial data, data pipelines or ML.
Fintech, audit or compliance domains.
