Senior Consultant

You’ll lead the hands-on client work that built the audit system in the first place — auditing projects before a registry sees them, developing them from raw land to listed credits, and structuring the capital behind real supply. This is craft, not slideware: you do the work, write the methodology, and defend it in front of the people who matter.

What you'll do

Lead client engagements across auditing, project development and investment consulting.
Write and defend methodology and MRV against Verra, Gold Standard, ICVCM and EU CRCF.
Run feasibility and baseline studies that tell clients the truth before they commit capital.
Structure project finance, offtake and joint ventures with developers building real supply.
Represent Nordic Credit credibly in front of registries, buyers and investors.

What we're looking for

6+ years in carbon markets, climate advisory, MRV or project development.
Depth in at least one of methodology, registry process or project finance.
A rigorous writer who can put a defensible case in front of an auditor.
Judgement about where rigour matters most — and where it does not.

Nice to have

Direct experience with Verra, Gold Standard, ICVCM or CRCF submissions.
A network among developers, registries or funds.
